Lung cancer is a type of cancer that begins in the lungs, whereby the cells in the organ begin to grow out of control. Usually, lung cancers exist in two forms: small cell lung cancer and Non-small cell lung cancer. Lung cancer presents itself differently among its victims. This paper has set out to elaborate the indications and implications of lung cancer, the symptoms and the various methods of treatment that have been discovered including chemotherapy and other experiments this far.
